a. What exactly is this profile manager and how does it benefit me?
The profile manager is a new, personalized system whereby you the consumer can take charge of your email preferences, manage your account information,
initiate support requests, track your list rewards status, redeem prizes, and much more. Our goal is to make our email newsletter services as user friendly
as possible, and the profile manager will help to accomplish that goal.
b. Can I update my account info?
The SQ Profile Manager allows you to manage a number of aspects of your account: subscription information, contact information, additional information, and
password reset. Within each subsection you can view the current info on file and/or modify the current info.
c. Why should I include my personal information in my profile?
Though including personal information is not required, we do encourage members to provide as much information as they're comfortable with (please review our
privacy policy for detailed info in regards to our privacy practices) as it will help us to provide highly targeted and relevant offers.
d. How do I change my email preferences?
Your email preferences can be viewed and modified within the Profile Manager as well. Here you can update your email frequency, change
your preferred email account, and select the format of your email (e.g. - html, text only).
