Step 1: Email Notification
This is an example of an email campaign we run using additional entries into one of our monthly or quarterly drawings to drive traffic to our Website and co-registration path(s). Additionally, the process allows us to keep our members' profiles up to date as well as glean additional information. |
Step 2: Landing Page
The initial campaign landing page viewed by the member contains instructions in regards to acquiring their additional entries. It also prompts them to confirm some or all of their contact information (in this example, just the email address is confirmed during this step). |
Step 3: Product Offer
We feature our best offers in a 1-off environment allowing the member to have their focus dedicated to a single presentation. They can either view the full details of the offer or skip the offer and proceed. |
Step 4: Expanded Offer
The expanded offer features the additional questions required to complete the form and produce a valid lead/sale. In the case that information is already on file it is pre-populated where applicable, keeping the process short and easy. All submitted data is run through a series of filters to ensure validity. |
Step 5: Confirmation
The final step in the process allows the subscriber to confirm the balance of their contact information not confirmed in the first step. They can also view details about the redemption process when applicable. |
Step 6: Updated Profile
All of our list members have access to a profile manager where they can view their list rewards status, including current entries to date, as well as manage their email preferences, view FAQ's, submit a support ticket and more. In this instance, we're showing an example of an updated profile with the entries gained from a user who completed the process. |
